Meet Zapatos

Zapatos is a bit shy initially and needs a little time to check people and other animals out before she interacts. She warms up and begins playing first, then wants petted and held after you have her trust. She has accepted my small dogs in the week she has been introduced to them but is still shy of my medium sized golden doodle. She is quickly becoming less shy. She took a little longer than the rest of her litter, but is adapting more quickly than many cats or kittens I’ve been involved with. She will probably need a little time and patience to adjust to new people, and a little more to adjust to other animals. She might do best if she could be adopted with one of her siblings (Noche, Mancha, Sol, or Dedos.) She will be a wonderful family member for her adopter(s).
