Meet Penelope

Penelope is a darling little girl. She is six years old and likes to snuggle with her people. Penelope is a go with the flow kind of dog and is joyful.  She is active with her foster dog sisters in the yard. She likes kids and is partial to her 12 year old foster boy.  Penelope would make a lovely addition to any family.
