Meet Roux

Meet Roux, a purebred one year old black Labrador Retriever excited to make the transition into a happier home! Roux had a bit of a rocky start but she still has a zest for life and endless curiosity about the world around her. This one is a real Houdini, she can and will jump a fence so she’ll need supervision when she’s outside even in a closed yard, especially at first. This behavior can become less of an issue once she gets used to receiving plenty of training and engagement in her new home, but it’s never advisable to leave a dog unattended for any reason. Roux is still young so she has a lot of energy, and she’ll need lots of training and mental simulation in addition to consistent exercise to grow into the stellar canine citizen we know she can be.
