Meet Toby

Toby is a three-year-old rat terrier Chihuahua mix about 10 to 12 lbs he has had only one owner but due to deteriorating health she can no longer care for him. He’s so full of energy just wants to play with everyone loves cats, dogs, and kids loves to go for walks and explore also loves to cuddle.
